allworldcaucasn* 04-20-2007 01:41 AM

good luck and may the best team win.

Very good looking GDT Stranger. Hope everyone rocks the house and helps the boys get the victory we need. We've come too far to lose this game and this series so early.

Jarnberg 04-20-2007 02:19 AM

Is it safe to suggest that this is a must win?

Jarnberg 04-20-2007 02:23 AM

And before 15 SJ fans throw stuff at their screen, Nabokov's name is spelled correctly, the font makes a 'k' appear as a 'h'. Just like it looks like it says Vohoun.

off_the_shneid 04-20-2007 02:26 AM

This game will be intense! I hope it is clean but that is unlikely as Nashville will be fighting for dear life. I expect the Sharks PP to come alive tonight and be the difference.

Sharks 5
Preds 3

Unfortunately I have a hockey game so I will have to tape it.

superpie 04-20-2007 02:46 AM

Nice GDT...Pulling for the Sharks to win

4-3 over time

The Kingslayer 04-20-2007 03:29 AM

Considering this is a do or die game...any chance of seeing Sullivan?

Seth Lake 04-20-2007 03:42 AM

And you haven't been doing any GDT's??? Great job Stranger!

I still believe! No Excuses! Get the job done!

Everyone please note the later start time for this game due to the television contract...maybe we can all show up early and rock the house during warmups...now wouldn't that be nice?

PeterAngelo 04-20-2007 04:52 AM

Preds 2 Sharks 1 (ot) GOTTA BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DrCrane 04-20-2007 05:52 AM

3-2 to the Preds. Kariya wakes up and scores two, Weber with the third. :naughty:

I hope that Trotz actually makes some adjustments for this one. In the last game I couldn't believe that we put out Legwand, Kariya and Arnott on the power play when the game was on line. That left the Radulov, Dumont and Forsberg with 30-40 sec off power play time. Why did Nashville aquire the best passer in the world if the are not gonna use him when it's needed the most. The first power play unit used by Trotz have not produced anything in this series. I would also try to play R, D and F at even strenght. We need some changes and we need it now.

SuddentheSwede 04-20-2007 07:54 AM

Forsberg for 60 min tonight.

He can handle it, he's Swedish.

for what it's worth.. an old girlfriend of tootoo's that's a friend of mine, emailed me last night to say that tootoo told her he was out for the "remainder" of the year, no matter what happens.. was wearing a brace on his knee (ankle?) last night

Ya, I just heard that Tootoo was wearing a "boot" on his foot / ankle and he will NOT be available tonight. :yo:

I wonder if this means 7 D-men or 2 mins of ice time given to Hordichuk?

I wish they would dress Sullivan (even if it meant he only sat on the bench and motivated the guys to get out and bust their humps a little more)

Enoch 04-20-2007 08:41 AM

We are down 3-1, but we have a fantastic collection of talent. We can still, win this series. It will be rough, and the odds are improbable, but it is possible. We need Kariya to step it up, and we need to keep our scorers in the lineup.

Man it would be nice to have Sullivan get in the game.........he could change this series....

RollingPredFan 04-20-2007 08:44 AM

Excellent GDT Stranger :)

I know alot of you have given up hope, and it looks bleak... but if we have a really good game tonight, we can put a big time scare in 'em. Then we need just one road win, then we could be in the drivers seat. Crazier things have happened we still have a chance to get the momentum back...

If we lay an egg tonight, well I hope we clean house, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

But for now I STILL BELIEVE!

Go Preds

Who has been the best Predator so far?

SpinTheBlackCircle 04-20-2007 09:14 AM

Stranger, can you please start this same thread on the Playoff board and I will sticky it there as well? Thanks

well, I think the biggest surprises this playoffs have been:

1) Dumont -- continuing his hot play
2) Radulov -- unexpected and determined play
3) Forsberg -- he could easily have 10 assists in this series if he were given good linemates consistently, instead of below average wingers
4) the Ghost of Paul Kariya -- where did he disappear to?
