Stick flex question

I'm looking to buy a stick online and I already went to a local shop and found the one I want. The only question I have is about the flex. Is it that the higher the number, the stiffer the stick? Ex: 100 flex or 85 flex, wich one is more stiff? Thanks in advance.:help:

Your height makes a difference - if you are planning to cut a stick down you may have some issues.

Alot of the Dolomites from last season still used the Inno flex ratings to..

300 = 75 flex and so on.

Flex also helps with the whip of the puck pending on what you want and your weight as well so you dont snap it.
