What happened to Moore?:

12 points in 31 games? Murray's got the same tally in 36 games. Tjutin's around 11, I believe. Pretty disappointing.

Hartford has trouble finishing. They seem to work hard and play solid defense--and have been getting solid goaltending as well--but just don't have enough snipers to win some easy games. McGill recently said that (check the article that King posted about Hartford taking 55 shots and still losing) the biggest problem they have right now is the lack of players who can finish off a play. Also, we should all remember that the Wolfpack is a fairly young team--especially the core of more skilled players--and that it takes time to adjust to playing professional hockey. Plus the fact that a lot of these kids have never played more than 40+ games in a season and have probably hit a period where they have slowed down both physically and mentally a little.

Chances are they will be fine. We all knew that it players like Moore and Tjutin would probably need some time to adjust to the faster pace and size of the players in the AHL. This is the first time most of them are playing against players who are older, stronger and more experienced than they are. And it's not like they have been playing horrible hockey. They still lead their division, even after losing 5 games in a row (don't know how they did last night), so obviously, they have been pretty decent up to now.

Brookyn, they won 4-2 yesterday. Wiseman got a goal and an assist.

They're beating Norfolk 5-0 in the 3rd today
and Moore musta heard Fletch because he has two goals today (Wiseman with another goal and assist).

Thanks, I was too tired to check it out. Good to see Wiseman start to score again.

there is more to hockey then just goals & assists...especially for a guy like murray. just cause they aren't putting points on the board that doesn't mean they aren't playing well. who knows maybe they were told to work on certain things by the rangers at the expense of offense??

Hartford's first in their division, so him and Tyutin must be doing something right...
