Statistical Rarity

I read this on the flyers site and found it interesting

In the Flyers’ 4-1 win over Toronto on Friday night in Philadelphia, every skater on the Flyers’ 20-man roster finished as a plus. That was the first time that has happened in team history since March 10, 1985, in an 11-4 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Four goals is the fewest number of goals that a team can score and still have that occur, which means that for every Flyers goal that night, five different players were on the ice and all came at even-strength.

also, with Fedurok scoring, every player on the team has at least 1 goal now.
