Oakley full shield/cage question

Hi all,

I am new to this board and tried the search but came up empty. My wife got me one of those Oakley full shield/cages for my helmet. But it didn't come with any j-clips. Does anyone on here use this visor/cage and did it come with j-clips? I'm wondering if it's not supposed to have them because of the curve on the visor, but I dunno.
I checked the Oakley website and it doesn't give out much info either.
Cheers and thanks in advance for any replies.

I got one recently and it did not come with any j-clips. I believe that they're only necessary if you're wearing a visor alone.

I think if it's just the visor, then it would probably just bolt onto the helmet. The j-clips just stop the cage from rotating up into your chin/face.

My oakley full face only attaches by the two centre bolts on the front of the helmet and the two straps that go to the sides. The visor itself is not attached to the sides by bolts, so the whole thing can swing up. But if it can swing one way, it will also be able to swing the other way right? Just wondering if that is normal for this visor/cage or am I missing something?

I got an Oakley visor just recently and I was pretty confused at first, as there are several ways to attach it to your helmet, it depends on what brand/helmettype you got. There is a "Visormanual" included, that actually worked for me. Mine is now bolted on sides and middle using the extenders or whatnot that was suggested for my helmet.
