A Must Win, Classic Rivalry Reborn

LET US FORGET THE HALF-A$$'ED EFFORT IN JERSEY AND CONCENTRATE ON OUR CLASSIC RIVALRY, THIS GAME IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN BRAGGING RIGHTS TO YOUR FREINDS AND FOOLISH FAMILY MEMBERS, THIS IS THE GAME OF THE YEAR, WE HAVE NOT LOST TWO STRAIGHT IN REGULATION SINCE EARLY NOVEMBER. THE BOYS MUST KEEP IT ALIVE, WE ARE BY NO MEANS A LOCK FOR THE PLAYOFFS, WE MUST WORK A LITTLE HARDER THEN THE REST TO GET TO THE "SILVER QUEST"

TONIGHT WE ARE IN A 4 POINT BATTLE WITH THE SKATING EGOS, THE DRUNKEN CREASE KEEPER, AND THE WHINNING SUITED BENCHMEN, TOGETHER THEY MAKE UP THE LAFFS OF TO.

PREPARE YOUR SELF FOR AN ENTERTAINING EVENING.

SO GET YOUR 12 PACKS, SNACKS, KEEP YOUR 25's HANDY, AND LAY BACK WITH YOUR FREINDS AND FOES FOR THIS SATURDAY NIGHT DANDY.

YOU CANT MISS THIS MODERN DAY RIVALRY, BECUASE IT'S STILL ALIVE AND KICKING AND WILL BE A BEAUTY,

I CALL IT

"THE RUMBLE IN THE FRANCAPHONE JUNGLE"
"THE GRAMPS VS. THE CHAMPS"
"SAD 67 VS. 24 HEAVEN"
"THE OVERPAID ZEROES VS. THE GRACIOUS HEROES"
"THE UGLY BLUE & WHITE VS. TRICOLOR DELIGHT"

TIZ' GONNA BE A LEGENDARY DUAL,
SO BRING 'EM ON BABY, BRING 'EM ON :yo:

are you pumped???
where will you be for this saturday night classic???

- a pumped and excited fan.

Last week, before this important stretch vs. PHI, NJ and TO, we were all saying three wins would be great, but two would be awesome. Well, tonight is our chance - let's not forget that huge win over Philly - If we play well tonight, all will be well. That means, no 2nd periods where we give up 4 pps, more than 10 shots between the first 2 periods. No own goals with one second left (uggh!). Anyway, should be a doosy!
Habs 3-1 (perrault will score on the pp I feel)

Kerberos* 01-24-2004 11:17 AM

6-1 habs

goalchenyuk 01-24-2004 11:19 AM

it will be 4-2 for the leafs :dunno:

and we will loose Théo, Souray and Ryder ;injuries :dunno:

nyr, nyi ,bost and buf are all going to win.. :dunno:

Audette will have a hat trick. :dunno:

cwerkaski is going to score 4 goals :dunno:

Gainey will anonce that he've trade Koivu for Lindros after the game :dunno:

it will be 2-6 for baby canadians in Hamilton :dunno:

how do you like my imitation of Prabby ?

Yes, the same one who's going to the all-star game. Maybe you should change to 2 hit wonder, next year 3, then 4.....

gohabsgo2010 01-24-2004 11:26 AM

Ward doubtful. Dackell, Juneau questionable. And Langdon, ready as always... ;)

Epoch 01-24-2004 11:52 AM

5-2 Leafs.

oli500 01-24-2004 12:26 PM

oh yeah tonights game is going to be huge, theodore well get a shut out, I just have that felling. Does anyone know if balej going to play? If he does I predict that hes going to score the game winning goal :yo:

You know whats wrong with the nhl! Its the good them devils. I bet ya if we got red of them we would have more goals a game. No need to get red of the red line or make the ice surface bigger or play four on four, all we have to do is get rid of the devils. :p The saddest team to watch in the nhl period. Im glad i had to work last night.

HABitude 01-24-2004 12:42 PM

Habs Glorieux Tricolores 24 pack Molson have to win that one tonite!

Because, ...because so many reasons : ... this is a big game, tv broadcast coast to coast, both teams are doing well, the real season has started, Leafs won last time and I was angry !

I predict 3-2 win for the Habs. :D
Quintal will crunch Sundin in the board and Sundin will be out for 3 months elbow injury.
Langdon will beat Domi by clear KO. :yo: :D

Habs goals: Souray, Ribeiro, Koivu
Leafs goals: Roberts, Renberg

Jyroe Habs Fan 01-24-2004 01:04 PM

Hab Nation Rise

Heh (***** town) or is that tor town and someone going down on Pierre Hedin.
Lauffs lose 4-2, Habs win going away!!
Habs: Ryder;Koivu;Ribs;Souray
Leafs: Roberts;Pony Boy

This is going to be a great victory tonight. If the boys can't get fired up tonight, send them to the Rangers. The boys better come out flying tonight and keep it up for 60 minutes. Biggest game yet this year.

Hydroponic Harold 01-24-2004 01:05 PM

5-0 Habitants ......then the Toronto excuse machine will get into high gear "too many injuries" "the refs cost us the game" "the ice was bad " " high sticks " " the league hates us "" we are Cup contenders Blah blah blah" ...you know the usaul we hear game after game , year after year since about 1967.

What do Leaf fans have that Hab fans will never have ?????????

B+W photos of their last Stanley Cup parade Hahahahaahahahahah :joker:
