How do I know if the jersey I'm buying is replica vs. authentic?

I just got this email from a dealer on ebay:

Hi,
It's a premium with a pro kit, so the name numbers and fighting strap are all NHL game ready. All eBay and NHL.com dealers only sell the Premium with a semi pro kit, I get the pro kit put on. So your getting the closest thing to a pro for half the price.
How do I know what I'm buying from a store (online) is a real AUTHENTIC vs. what this dude is saying?

Is the RBK 7187 model the authentic (vs 7185?)

The key is the last line of that e-mail. If I read that, I'd assume I'm NOT getting an authentic. Because if it's authentic, it would be a pro, not "close" to a pro like he says. But theres ways to tell by looking at the jersey. If it's an Edge, the authentic won't have the jock tag on the front, replica does. The size should be a number (48, 50, etc...) not a letter (L, XL). And it should have a fight strap. The older models should also have a fight strap, a heavier material and NHL shield logo NOT NHL puck logo on the back hem. Also, look for the double elbows which replicas (except maybe Starter) typically dont have.
