Shock Doctor Hockey Bag Gear Placement Guide
Hello everyone,

I'm interested in buying a Shock Doctor Power Dry Hockey Bag, and I want to choose the right product and size I need for my gears.

A list of my gears :
  • Gloves : 14"
  • Helmet w/ cage : L
  • Skates : 9.5
  • Shin guards : 15"
  • Pants and jersey : L

I heard about a gear placement guide for this items :
  • Power Dry Hockey Medium Gear Bag 32x16x16"
  • Power Dry Hockey Large Gear Bag 40x18x18"
  • Power Dry Medium Referee Bag 26x14x16"

Any shock doctor bag owner can email me this guide for the following items ? Or give some feedback ?

Many thanks in advance !

I have the Large Bag and the thing is massive, and it will fit your equipment quite well. I can literally place all of my equipment in a certain spot. It is separated into two sides.

On one side I lay my pants down in the middle, to one side I put my skates side-by-side pointing up and the other my knee pads stacked together.

On the other side, I put my shoulder pads in the middle standing up. I put my elbow pads inside the shoulder pads. Then I put my helmet on one side and my gloves on the other. Jerseys and stuff go in the mesh pouches in the inside.

Thanks for this quick feedback :thumbu:
Actually I want to optimize the placement of my gears to minimize the bag size. I think the medium size would be the best for me but I'm still hesitating...

the medium works fine for me. i have slightly smaller sizes equipment than you, but i have plenty of room for everything and also room to spare.

if you don't have shoulder pads, or don't ever want them, the medium bag will do just fine.

Perfect ! Thank you for your replies, I'll choose the medium one ;)
