La Cage in Gatineau, Local Heroes aint bad either, I like La Cage cause the ladies are always out.

I've been to La Cage au Sports in Gatineau some years ago. Great ambiance.

Look up any Local Heroes in town, can't go wrong, lots of tvs, lots of good food, lots of good sports fans

I never go out to watch sports here anymore. Ottawa is a terrible sports town.

I will just get together with some Habs friends and watch the game at someones house.

Take a little road trip down here, you can't miss them.

Probably going to La Cage au Sports on Saturday in Gat :yo:

petenik 04-09-2008 09:13 PM

yeah Cage in Gatineau has the best atmosphere for Habs games. Honest Lawyer is okay and McClaren's (Elgin&McClaren) is good too...

My favorite place is the Bank Hotel in Hull.

So are you inviting him over?

They show Canadiens' games at The Keg (but probably not during playoff time.. :()

I will be Ottawa Thursday night for work... any of these places still good places for Habs fans, given our opponent?

ClasslessGuy 04-29-2013 01:48 PM

Don't forget that the cage aux sport in Hull is closed.

Real Sports on the Market on George Street is a sick place to watch any sports event. In terms of fans, I think you would probably find a pretty good mix of Habs and Sens fans there.

skipp18 04-29-2013 01:59 PM

If you like chicken wings then it has to be Local Heroes

If you're going downtown Byward Market, there are two places that I would recommend. Real Sports (owned by MLSE) and The Senate.

mrcontractor 04-29-2013 02:10 PM

My place :D http://images.static-bluray.com/htga...16115_full.jpg

Real Sports would be my choice otherwise.

Keep in mind you'll likely need to reserve a spot now if you want to even think of watching the game at Real Sports. I haven't been able to get in there yet even trying to reserve for a Saturday two days in advance....

I really enjoy the Senate as well, but can fill up pretty quickly.

So many places. My choice would probably be 3 brasseurs (3 Brewers), Georgetown Pub, Mill Street Brewpub or The ClockTower. I choose these for the awesome choices of beer. On the quebec side, you can go to Pele-Mele, Chelsea Pub, Le Forum or Cage aux sports.

Georgetown pub is my choice for soccer games.
