Globe and Mail's Stephen Brunt summarizes our thoughts

Nice piece by Brunt, hours after our difficult loss. He really does sum it up well:

Brunt is one national journalist that enjoyed what the Canadiens did throughout the season, and gave us respect at all times. He did a great job in writing stories about our team this year.

That sounds like you're volunteering ;)

There is a whole list of people who need that emailed to them every day until the puck drops at our first regular season game.

"But those final cheers, those final songs, suggested that in a city famous for accepting nothing less than absolute excellence, they were more than willing to accept a moral victory now."

lol. In the end, we're all just Bruins fans.

When It Mattered
5 Wins
7 Losses

38% winning percentage... I guess that acceptable for you.

In that case, it answers the question you had for me on Friday as to why you didn't get the washroom attendant position at my company. 38% doesn't cut it... and that's a fact.

Brunt has mentioned many times on Sportsnet that he was impressed by what management did by accumulating this well of talented young players in the last few years(drawing comparison to the team of the place Brunt work most of the time, the Leafs).

We'll see if this potential ever result in anything.

Guess that you thought, at the beginning of the season, that the Habs would make it to the ECF at least, right ? and since that's what you thought well, anything less is unacceptable...

Oh! and just so you know, when it mattered, we won a series and lost one, 50%, and that's a fact.

You really need to put things in context.
