I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you'd probably have to go the custom order route. There's not a huge market for cat-eye's as it is (since they are not CSA approved, I'm sure you knew that). Also, and I know this may sound stupid, but wouldn't a black cage make it harder to see the puck?

But yeah, my suggestion would be to contact Itech and see if they'd make one for you, I certainly haven't seen any black cat-eye's for sale

buy a silver one and spray paint it

Make sure to use primer first though!!!!!

im playing roller hockey not with a black puck and i thought of painting a silver one but figured it would chip off of the chrome maybe powder coat but that gets expensive

You can do a couple things then to lower the chance of chipping. Take a fine grit sandpaper and rough the silver so the primer will realy grab on. Then Prime it with a few coats, then spray paint a few coats, followed by a clear-coat laquer (total of like $10 just make sure it is good for metal). It may still possibly chip, but even brand new masks can chip.

Powder coat can chip also. Plus if you take the mask off and lay it on the ground you can get scratches and chips anyway.
