In the thrilling sequel to our Chris Pronger tribute slogan competition, Puck Daddy is proud to present our first reader-submitted art contest -- Gary Bettman: Portraits in Heroism.

We're asking you to send in your drawings, paintings, Photoshops and any other electronically-submitted visual media that depicts Gary Bettman in a moment of true valor and heroism.

Now that's focked up...

I never thought I'd hear the words Bettman and heroism in the same sentence.

It's about time. This man has saved the game in Canada. He took the side of the medium to small sized owners against the big owners and the NHLPA and won. The game is better for it.

People are ignorant to criticize him. They never have anything valid to say.

This isn't mine, but I found it on LCS Hockey and find it pretty funny:

I entered a few, but none of them are as good as some of the ones I saw.

Sorry, it is true that hockey is way more popular in Nashville and Phoenix, and Carolina....:sarcasm:

He is not THE responsible for moving these teams, but he didn't do a thing to prevent it from happening, you have to look at his entire work, not only the last 3 years.
How can you say he saved hockey in Canada? Canadian teams have more salaries expenses now then before the lockout...

The rise of the canadian dollar made hockey in canada wealthy, IMO

And I think your post is unnecessarily unpolite..
Sorry but I'm not used of being named ignorant for absolutely nothing, you could very well made your point without free insults.
