mostly due to injury.. but whatever. I'm going to say 5-4 Toronto. 2 early goals for the Leafs, a comeback, a tie, and the go-ahead comes early in the 3rd. anyone know how many rooks the Blues plan on sending out there? |
Is it Vesa or Cujo for this one? Vesa, isn't it?
What do you think our lines will look like? |

I assume the next round of cuts is coming after tonights game. Anyone hear anything?

Some players who may not play due to soreness: Finger, Moore, Stajan and Blake So my guess is maybe something like: Antropov - Grabo - Kulemin Hagman - Steen - Tlusty Mayers - Bell - Hollweg Earl - Mitchell - Williams Kaberle - Schenn Stralman - Frogren Kronwall - Colaiacovo Sifers Toskala Cujo |
What's Finger sore from?
I'm going down to this one, hoping to see some of the Blues young players play too. Really want to see Perron. |

the injuries over all the teams this preseason has to be a record. players are dropping like flies.

They'd be dressing if it was regular season games. Since these games don't matter its no biggie to sit them out.
|
Ya keep an eye on Perron, hes coming into his sophmore season and is a dandy.. Also, Im assuming both Oshie and Berglund will be dressed, the Blues 2 big rooks.. Berglund is often compared to a young Sundin, so keep an eye on him..

I haven't seen Oshie since WJ's a couple years back if I remember correctly.. |

The Blues for some reason have selected quite a few prospects i like recently.Perron, Lemtyugov, Oshie, etc.
Should be interesting to get a look at some of them. How is Lemtyugov doing? |

Always been a big fan of the Patty Berglund even before he was drafted. PS. Interesting story attached to the 2006 draft .. Barry Trapp was just released and JFJ replaced him with Dave Morrison as Dir of Amateur Scouting.. Trapp came on for an interview after the draft and said he would have selected Anthony Stewart little brother Chris Stewart (Kingston Frontenacs OHL), with that pick. |
go leafs go get taveres

Knock on wood, but this has been the healthiest pre-season in a decade for the Leafs. |
