Even strength scoring
 

I was looking at the scoring leaders in the league and just saw that out of the 5 best +/- of the league, 4 are Habs!!!

Koivu +7
Markov +7
Tanguay +6
Komisarek +6

Pretty impressive if you ask me, considering the fact we also have a 21,7% on the PP and a SH goal too.

check the stats again at the end of the season, for a nice contrast.

Some really impressive stats for this young season
 

I was looking at various stats on NHL.com and I found some things that are really impressive. I know we are only 5 games in but it will be interesting to see where we stand after 10 games, etc but right now we are great in every category.

We rank 4th in the league in goals scored per game with 3.8

We rank 4th in the league with 1.8 goals against per game

Our 5on5 GF/GA ration is best in the league at 2

Our PP is 10th at 21.7%

Our pk is 14th at 84%

But the most impressive stat of all is that we are 4th in faceoff percetage with 53.8%

We have 4 scorers in the top 30(I counted everyone with 6 pts or more)

We have 4 of the top 5 in +-

Stats wise we are right up there in pretty much every category. The 5on5 numbers and faceoff % are especially nice to see since those 2 things were our mains weakness in the last 2 years.
