I don't think he will have that many, I don't find the Habs play a very "shutout friendly" game and Carey may not be good enough yet to TRULY rob alot of games.

I say around 5 also.

Somewhere between 5-8 shutouts. A big part is also how the team in front of him plays.

He had 3 in a lot less games last year as a rookie. 5 shouldn't be a problem, I hope.

hehe.. seriously I dont think Price will get alot of shutouts this year, the team doesnt play tight enough in front of him, put Price with the Canucks or with the Devils and Im sure he does as well as Luongo and Brodeur regarding stats.. Yesterday was the first real game where the team played hard solid hockey in front of him..

It depends who you ask.

A Sens fan will try to be clever with sarcasm and say "well Price is the greatest goalie in the NHL and playing for the greatest team in the history of hockey. He'll at least get 5 more shutouts against the lowly and bad Senators. Hyuck hyuck I'm clever." Then the fan will proceed to masturbate to the Eastern Conference Champs banner.

A Bruins fan will be tough and say "Well Price will only get as many shutouts as Lucic will allow him. No one does anything without Milan's permission. Plus it will be hard to carry a team too busy diving. RAWR ME STRONG. GO RED SOX." Then the fan will proceed to masturbate to a picture of Lucic.

A Leaf fan will just chime in and yell "JUSTIN POGGE". Then he will try to find something to please himself to, but realize his team is just full of failures and he'll cry.

But I'll be a smart Habs fan and say threeve.
