JDD is the most NHL ready, but I would go with
1. Petry
2. Chorney
3. Eberle
4. Nash
5. Schremp
6. DesLauriers
7. Peckham

I gotta go with Jeff Petry, the way he's anchoring things in Michigan State is impressive...

Although, I may have been wrong in my early assessments of JDD...I'm not totally convinced yet, and I won't be for some time...but my crow is currently defrosting it seems...

JDD is the top prospect?

I never thought of him to be a top prospect but I don't follow the Oilers. Is he quietly making a name for himself?

Kotton 11-16-2008 05:52 PM

Petry, what JDD has done in his few starts in the NHL is admirable, but he won't keep it up IMO.

Wheatking 11-16-2008 08:09 PM

JDD is just the guy that everyone has heard about since he's had a few really good games...but he's not out top prospect. Some might argue that he's not even our best goalie prospect.

For me it's between Petry and Eberle. Just from what I've read I'd have to say Petry.
