TSN, Sportsnet, or The Score?

What will you be watching (most of the time) on Trade Deadline Day?

Dar 03-02-2004 05:46 PM

Which ever one Bob McKenzie's on and Pierre Mcguire's not.

All 3.. but mostly TSN..

Snugglepuss 03-02-2004 05:46 PM

Sporsnet. I think it will be good this year. Kypreos is pretty good at breaking trades and this year Paul Maurice and Mike Keenan will both be on the show.

morrow1005 03-02-2004 05:47 PM

TSN for me. Its seems to be the most reliable.

Belarus Rocket 03-02-2004 05:47 PM

Tsn

Belarus Rocket 03-02-2004 05:48 PM

Oh...and BTW do you think the HF board will be able to keep It up this year???

diablo 03-02-2004 05:48 PM

flippin between all 3

gohabsgo2010 03-02-2004 05:48 PM

TSN. Sportsnet on Commercials, and the Score when Bill Watters is talking nonsense. Wait a minute .. TSN, and then the Score.

Transplanted Caper 03-02-2004 05:49 PM

TSN and Sportsnet

LaVal 03-02-2004 05:51 PM

my cell phone for the text messages.

i'll be at work :(

rinkrat13 03-02-2004 05:53 PM

flipping between all three... resting mainly on TSN.
it's gonna be a good one this year.

Edler Von Gud 03-02-2004 05:54 PM

Which ever channel doesn't have their hockey experts on the phone pretending like they have the inside scoop on a huge trade only to tell us it's some trade involving a minor leaguer for a 9th round pick.

incawg 03-02-2004 05:54 PM

I usually flip between Sportsnet and TSN. I find that Sportsnet tends to break trades on-air sooner than TSN, however. Kypreos' connections come in handy on deadline day.

The Score and TSN...

I'll be avoiding SportsNet this year, minus tuning in, to see how their new "deadline day guys" are doing, but I can't stand John Garrett, Bill Watters, or Kyperos, regardless of how many "Friends" they have, it was interesting when they had Eddie O, he knows his stuff.

TSN will have what they always do, and it doesn't matter "breaking a trade" it's what you do to fill the time, and keep people interested. Breaking a trade means nothing because it takes all of 3 minutes for every radio and TV Station to pick up on it....
Plus, I like Dave Hodge and Bob on TSN, if I see Gord Miller for more then 5minutes I'll be seriously pissed off, I don't think anyone likes to listen to Kermit The Frog give play by play....The Score has the ticker, and I really like Twister.

Vyse64 03-02-2004 06:02 PM

i like sportsnet but will flip between all 3

Perhaps, but finding out first, even if it's only a few seconds, makes me feel special :rolly:

Beat me to it. :p

But McKenzie does trade deadline day, McGuire usually doesn't. He mostly does games and draft day.

donelikedinner 03-02-2004 06:37 PM
