Solution? Keep them together.
But on second thought.
S. Kostitsyn-Plekanec-Kovalev: didn't work in its' 2 or 3 games.
A. Kostitsyn-Plekanec-Kovalev: doesn't work
Higgins-Plekanec-Kovalev: did nothing
Latendresse-Plekanec-Kovalev: never does anything
Tanguay-Koivu-Kovalev: did nothing.
Actually, I found Higgy played okay along side Plek/Kovy, it wasn't bad and they had some chances.
That being said, you can't evaluate the potential of a line over the span of 2-3games.
Remember last year?..How many people said A.Kost started clicking when his bro came up?..Personally, I felt he was already playing better before, but when his bro made our team, he was a beast. That was around 30ish games..
So I don't think you can claim none of those lines have the potential to work after seeing them for a couple games only.
Carbo is starting the game tonight with Begin on Plek line. Pathetic, it won't help.
Lappy will be centering the Kost broz. Pathetic.
Lats with Lang/Kosto..Wow, the offensive talent this line has is remarkable.
D'Ago on 1st line with Koivu/Higgy. How many times did I hear some people here say Lats can't be on first because he doesn't deserve it. I guess an AHL call up deserves it more.
Lats was one of our best players last night. Carbo still refuses to put him on PP, or make him play on top line instead of Kosto that clearly doesn't belong there. The logic behind this is...?!
Seriously, I'm getting quite fed up with Carb's pathetic player management.
Every year, there's one player.
First year was Samsonov.
Last year was Ryder.
This year, Lats is being mistreated and poorly managed. Not to mention, Higgins/Plek/Kovy/Kost broz, who are all underperforming but of course this has nothing to do with the coach :sarcasm:.
