Wow, I hate multiple days off too, LoFFen, but isn't this a bit early on the GDT? :)

Lundqvist102 01-15-2009 05:55 PM

You got my hopes up for a sec, I just thought for a moment that we had a game today that I forgot about

045NYR 01-15-2009 06:36 PM

They need to come out hard and fast. and net the first goal and the second. LGR!!!

In The Flesh 01-15-2009 06:52 PM

I like early GDTs, don't really know what to expect from this game.

4-1 Hawks

GoNikolaiZherdevGo 01-15-2009 07:04 PM

i love seeing talent like Kane and Toews. I look forward to seeing staal matched up against them.

The Blackhawks are my favorite non-New York Sports team. Chi-town is a great city, but it's not new york so i hope we club them like baby seals.

Agreed. Although I wouldn't say the Blackhawks are my favorite non-New York sports team, I do admire the team. Gomez was on the Michael Kay show today and Don LaGreca was sort of warning Gomez about how intense the atmosphere is around the Blackhawks now.

Pat Kane is the man.

you guys don't play today:dunno:

BlueShirts88 01-15-2009 08:11 PM

This is gunna be a tough game!!

But I think well pull it off.

Rangers 4, Blackhawks 3 Final/SO
:yo:Goals: Gomez, Redden, Sjostrom

Lets Go Rangers!!!!:handclap:

offdacrossbar 01-15-2009 08:28 PM

not gonna be pretty. watched chicago pretty much control buffalo.

with our highpowered offense scoring 2 goals at best, our pp good for atleast 1 shorty per game and coach mangyna behind the bench, we are gonna need hank to be flawless to even have a chance to steal a point.

too much campbell, sharp, toews, kane and havlat for us to handle.

4-2 loss.

Burlington Bomb 26 01-15-2009 08:32 PM

If Huet is starting I think we can win it in regulation.

Yes, because the thread isn't listed as a DBGDT

IMO Bulim is much better, Huet is very inconsistent for my liking.

NYRSchrute217 01-15-2009 09:31 PM

Same lineup, hopefully. This team needs to start putting the puck in the net. 2 goals against Yann Denis? Really?

As in Ben Eager? He and Orr could very well get into a scuffle

wa2k99 01-15-2009 10:34 PM

This game is all I can think about right now.

First time Rangers are in my hometown in three years. I am ready to hit the UC!!!! LGR!

I'm pretty much the same way..that's a team that I love to watch. I've always sort of liked them and I'm glad to see that organization going through a renaissance.

With that said, I hope we win 7-0 ;)
