The guy that pops wood at the thought of 'Forsberg' calling another guy a queer.

I love it!

Welcome guys!

I'm new to fantasy baseball, so if there's a stat(s)/position(s) missing that the majority of the managers can agree on...I can definately change it.

Also, I just picked the date of the draft out of the air. Same thing goes for that. If that doesn't work for the majority of you guys, it can be changed as well.

ToTheNet 02-11-2009 07:33 PM

not sure what SLAM or QS is.

I wouldn't use either of those to be honost. Most H2H match-ups will end with a tie in the Grand Slam category.

And QS is double counted if you use Innings Pitched and ERA with the pitchers which I feel are better categories.

Valid points.

I'm quite open to adjusting the stats, let's get a open conversation going here and see what other managers feel about it.

Also, just so you know, ERA is a stat already...and we can also add innings pitched.

Grand Slams - yes, or no?

Innings pitched - yes or no?

Murphy7 02-12-2009 11:53 AM

I'll look over the categories and get back to you. I don't like slams, and IP is like SOG. WHIP takes care of that. You do need a minimum innings pitched, but I've got to see the settings to say more.

I don't think grand slams are good to use either. For IP, have to think about that one. Will have to mull that one over. Oh and thanks for having me guys. :)

Opus 02-12-2009 01:11 PM

League is all full, well done guys!

I have removed SLAM from the scoring categories for the time being.

stazza18 02-12-2009 01:23 PM

I use 4 different IM's and am online all the time. If anyone wants to add me send me a message and I'll let you know which you can use.

JDinkalage Morgoone 02-12-2009 01:32 PM

damn. if anyoen drops can i be in?

ToTheNet 02-12-2009 01:58 PM

I usually like IP, it is like Games Played for goalies, you can't just get a shutout and then sit the week and win all the catagories that way.
