They're going to kick our collective *****

good luck, the B's haven't been playing their best, lately. They haven't been finishing so if Rinne is hot, the B's could be in trouble. I think it will be a tight game, prolly a 3-2 victory for one of the teams. Manny Fernandez hasn't played much lately has he's been having injuries/relagated to being a backup. He looked OK against the Flyers last Saturday, but slow.

I look forward to seeing Sully skate all over the ice!

worstfaceoffmanever 02-14-2009 05:13 PM

I can't believe I'm going to miss this game. :(

nice giveaway Suter ... ****

Soundgarden 02-14-2009 09:54 PM

Good game, I really wish they played the last two on tv though, I missed most of both games, but I'm happy that Legwand got a "hattrick"

jstreet 02-14-2009 11:08 PM

wow! thats all I can say. I thought we were gonna lose by at least 4!

RollingPredFan 02-15-2009 07:37 AM

Wow, well I didn't see this one coming. Thought we played really well except our PP:shakehead and when they pulled their goalie lol, but since they are eastern I don't care we gave them a point:p: Rinne made some HUGE saves last night, Leggy was outstanding. I hope we keep Ward he's impressed me with his overall play.

Hard to believe we are only 3 out of the 8th spot with as little as we score...

flannelman 02-15-2009 09:23 AM

it was grand to see Sully back - he was all over the place - a freakin' chance maker. Glad to see him back.

Love TooToo's passion. Unsure if you saw it, but Tootoo did have an interview with NESN, it might be up on their site - it was after the 1st when he scored.

Testify 02-15-2009 01:52 PM

Viva Pekka Rinne!!!

sparkle twin 02-16-2009 03:03 AM

Wow. Totally didn't expect us to play so well against the B's, let alone play well enough to win in regulation (well we should have anyway, how do you leave Chara all alone in front of the net?!)!

Legwand!! :yo::handclap:

Legwand, Ward played great all game long.

Two OT game in a row that we got a PP in OT. We really have to start taking advantage of that before that starts going the other way.

I expected Boston to be more hard hitting, but they never really did. Good job by our guys to really keep their big guns quiet.
