Flyer Forwards - Old enough, good enough?

Wow how I have really enjoyed watching the Flyers, Devils, Pens, Ottawa, and Toronto go at it over the last five years or so.

So much intensity. It is such a distraction. The Red Wings-Carolina final and the Anaheim-NJ finals seemed so tame in comparison, even though Anaheim-NJ went 7 games.

Someone else mentioned the Flyers forwards were old, and they are as a group, but they are good.

I rarely get to see the Flyers now that I am back in school.

So Flyer Fans, when healthy and when not, how do your forwards stack up against the Sens, Leafs, Devils, and Bruins?
Are your forwards your teams strong point, or are they a weakness?

By the way, I will tell you I am sure that many Pens fans regret the Recchi-Tocchet trade. I was not in Pitt at the time, and I do not know what else the Pens did afterwards with Tocchet and why/how he left, but Recchi is a class act. Hard to think the Pens let a guy like that get away. Though Tocchet was great as well.

Comments on the forwards would be appreciated and good luck in the playoffs (I have no favorites now that the Pens are in such sad shape. At least we have a 48.2% chance to get AO, so I guess that is enough for me for this year).

When healthy our forwards are very good.

of the teams you list i would go

Sens
Flyers-Leafs
Bruins (with a healthy Thornton)
Devils

Flyers have great depth at forward, what they lack is the superstar forward that can win a game on his own.
