Loktionov to Voynov, passes to Frolov - SCORES! We are working on our own Russian 5 line. Someone convince Fedorov to come back and then trade for Markov and we will be all set :P

Speaking of this, does anyone believe Frolov's game would improve if he was mentoring fellow Russians? Maybe the dude's just lonely...... :p:

i wish the kings would keep it down on him. i wanted to scoop him up in my keeper league before someone else, but not too soon. now i had to add him! hated to take the risk.

i hope he comes up soon, not for my fantasy team, but for the kings. be nice to see what he could do on line 2C.

then send him back to the A to learn and know exactly what to work on.

Been catching all the Manchester games and Loktionov does remind me alot of Datsuk. He has the hands and maybe even a better shot then Datsuk. Also he so good positionally on defensive. He is not a dominating player Like Malkin, Ovy, or Kolvachuk, but kinda just sneaks up on you. There were times I didn't realize he was on the ice until bang goal by Loktionov.

I knew I read this somewhere before:

Seems like a nice kid, hopefully him and Voynov can step in and perform once guys like O'Donnell, Stoll, or Handzus leave.

He and Schenn are going to make training camp interesting next year.

He has hands of DatsYuk. He has better shot than Datsyuk. And he is positionally good in defense? I don't know what is that kid doing down there, he could be our number one center now and bring us the Cup. Just imagine:
1 Almost Kovalchuk (aka Fro) - Datsyuk on steroids - Almost Iginla (aka Simmonds)
2 Smyth - Kopitar - Williams
3 x - Zues - Brown

Killer!

This kid is so talented...

...Let's hope he doesn't get sidetracked into physics,
pro-fooseball, Gourmet crepe preparation,
Brain Surgery or Microbacterial Research.

Andrei has many choices.;)
