sampollock 01-03-2010 04:32 PM

the habs sucked today, no good passes,

bad day all around, better go home and think this one over

NHLcrazy 01-03-2010 04:33 PM

Take out Miller and that's not a playoff team...I'm sorry.

zx81 01-03-2010 04:33 PM

Horrible game.
Boring and badly played.

Classified 01-03-2010 04:35 PM

Anyone have turnover numbers? It was disgusting.

Bill McNeal 01-03-2010 04:35 PM

Wasn't expecting a win so I'm glad it was a respectable effort.

The offense went long stretches without being able to make two passes in a row and when they got their act together Miller was there.

Hopefully they can rebound against the Caps.

holyhabs 01-03-2010 04:35 PM

**** ryan miller

thespins 01-03-2010 04:35 PM

3-1 win at least if Miller wasn't so unbelievable

VAN-HAB 01-03-2010 04:35 PM

no Kost....blah!

get well soon!

Whitesnake 01-03-2010 04:36 PM

I'd like to know why the heck don't we use Pouliot on the PP especially with AKost gone. What did MaxPac do lately that makes him a better choice than him. Why is Pouliot on the ice with 1 minute left when it's crucial that you've scored.....but can't freakin play 1 second of a powerplay.

As far as the result, well I expected a worst performance than that after a road trip but I hope people are not that surprised. Happens to every team. And without Miller, it's 4-1.

Naoned 01-03-2010 04:36 PM

Boring as hell.

I'm in love with your avatar.

We really missed both Kostitsyns today. I really don't enjoy seeing MaxPac in a scoring line role right now because he obviously can't handle it yet.

Frig I wish he had of gotten some AHL seasoning at the start of the year. D'ah well.

Tough game, decent effort, just didn't seem to have any jump. Too bad we didn't take advantage of some early opportunities in the first. Would have been nice to have something to show for a great first period.

twenty7 01-03-2010 04:38 PM

Lol there was a game today?

We Want The 25 01-03-2010 04:38 PM

terrible effort by the habs no legs and terrible passes in a very important division game gotta be much better vs the capitals on tuesday

Turboflex* 01-03-2010 04:38 PM

On the bright side guys...at least I got Ryan Miller in my pool.

High five!

Claimed Off Waivers 01-03-2010 04:38 PM

whoa whoa, let's not get crazy!

MarkovsKnee 01-03-2010 04:39 PM

Habs did nothing really after Buffalo scored. I had hoped for better but coming off a long road trip I suppose it was expected.

A point would have been nice considering Philly's loss today.

We missed AK. Patches just doesn't have his talent level.

On to an even tougher opponent in Washington.

emb24* 01-03-2010 04:40 PM

goofy ****ing frustrating game. the puck was a hot potato. garbage transitions, no compete.
max pac is NOT ready for top 6 minutes. he doesn't have the speed or vision to play an O role yet.
d'agostini - useless, that outlet pass semi breakaway when he tripped over himself on the buffalo blue line? brutal.
the only way you beat miller is to screen him and battle in close, habs weren't willing to do that today. buffalo trapped for the last 30 mins of the game.
bad, bad loss. we lose another game at home and more teams have more games in hand on us.
and lastly no andrei exposes the need for another top 6 forward in case of injury. as mentioned maxpac and d'ago have no place there. i guess if sergei hadn't been injured

High five! right back at you.

To add to it, I'm not a Habs fan. :naughty:
