What the hell kind of a GDT is this? Why are there pictures of people that have nothing to do with the Thrashers organization? Am i missing something? Is there a trend i should continue?

Pittsburgh is returning from a disastrous 4-game road trip, and have lost their last 5 games. In these last 5 games, their power-play is 1 for 13 and they have been outscored 19-9. Historically, the Thrashers have always been the team to play in order to end a losing streak. There's potential for a major blowout tonight.

With that said, the Thrashers really need to win this one...in regulation. This losing streak has got to end. A win tonight, against the latest Stanely Cup champs, would be huge and would do wonders for the team's confidence. We need to score first and maintain the lead for a change. I don't think I can handle watching us attempt to battle back from another 3-0 deficit.

Prediction:

We are down 4-0 at the end of the second. Wad decides he can't wait until Casino Night to announce Kovy has signed a 10 year contract at $8 mil/year. He takes the mic and announces it from center ice. We then go on to win 6-4 (EN). :nod:

FYI, Kunitz is out about 4-6 weeks with an abdominal tear, which means your ol' friend Dupuis will be skating with Sid :facepalm:

Also, we called up our 2nd most touted wing prospect (Caputi) to ride shotgun with Malkin. Should be fun watching him get some minutes in the top 6. Also, I'm really looking forward to watching Kane play again, that kids going to be special. How's Bogosian playing? I heard he was in a bit of a sophomore slump lately?

We better not get smoked and play with no energy or allow 50 shots against to a team like Pittsburgh. I can see a change happening tomorrow if we lose this game like 8-0.

I hope the defense doesn't play their "let them own the crease" or their "let them shoot from where ever they want" systems. We will get smoked if this happens.

Bogosian has been making some big mistakes on defense, and has been pretty cold on the offensive side of things, too. He started out the season phenomenally well, but cooled off quite considerably after the last fight he was in.

Isn't that what he's "suppose" to do? Anderson surely allows it.

But IMO, Bogosian would be doing better if Horrid Hainsey wasn't paired with him.

I'd like to see Bogosian-Schubert.

Right now I think Bogosian would rather be stuck on a Greyhound Bus in Wyoming sitting next to a 500 lbs. psychotic with chronic diarrhea than be playing with Hainsey.

Coach Kleenex has done everything in his power to screw with the confidence and flow of this team.
