If I have upper level seats 15 and 16 in Section 223 are those closer to the red line with respect to the section? Or are they on the goal side of it?

Thanks.

No, that doesn't answer my question. I'm not stupid, I know how to read a seating chart. Please reread my original post. I want to know where the seats are with respect to the individual section, not the entire arena.

Likely further away from the goal. Closer to center ice.

If you're standing at the bottom of a section and looking up at the seats, the numbers decrease from left to right. Seats 15 & 16 will be closer to the red line. I'm in Row 14 (the next-to-last row but the 15th row is continuous without a break for the aisle) of a section in the upper level and that ends at seat 19, so you should also be closer to the aisle in that section than the middle.

For seats 15 and 16? Are you sure? Because I thought they'd be more towards the goal seeing as how they are a higher number. Basically what I'm trying to figure out is whether the numbering increases or decreases going from left to right across the section (and facing it). I'm not sure how to better phrase this question...

Let me draw a picture haha...

So is it like example 1 or example 2?

If you're walking up the steps (which you are), Seat #1 will be on your left coming up the steps, and then move towards the goal.

Okay thanks so much. So just to confirm, in section 223, seats 15 and 16 will be closer to the red line than say seats 1 and 2?

Example 1. If you enter at the portal between Sec. 223 and 224 and head up the steps, your seats will be to your right. Higher numbered seats are at the end next to the higher numbered section except of course for where 224 and 201 meet.
