I have a hard time with a device which claims "The Ultimate Hockey Training Device" and only helps you with your wrist and backhand shots.

I'm still new, but found it weird that in the videos they de-emphasized the weight transfer and stick flex portions of the shot, and seemed to indicate that you get all your power from your shot by having strong arms.

Also it looks like it's 3-4 inches high. Wouldn't that mean you would need either a really short stick, or to be standing on a 6 inch platform in order to simulate the proper hight you would be on skates.

I agree, I mean it's tough enough to transfer stick handling and shooting off of a acrylic sheet, or teflon sheet to ice. So to think this would transfer over to your ice game the same way as they are explaining, seems a bit far fetched to me.

Besides it seems to be a lot cheaper and easier, to get a 20$ monthly gym membership and work out ALL muscles of your body for the same benefit and more.

350$, waste of money. Use that cash towards ice time.
