Your All Time Rangers Team- With A Twist

I saw this on the main board and figured this would be another interesting topic to discuss as this long summer keeps dragging on. List your all time Rangers team, on the condition that you can only use players from three different seasons. For example, in mine, I used the 1932-1933, 1971-1972, and 1993-1994 seasons. I also tried to build an actual team that would do well on both sides of the rink, not like a stacked NHL 10 dynasty team.

Here's my team:

Hadfield ('72)-Ratelle ('72)-Gilbert ('72)
Bun Cook ('33)-Boucher('33)-Bill Cook ('33)
Graves ('94)-Messier ('94)-Gartner ('94)
Tikkanen ('94)-Tkaczuk ('72)-Larmer ('94)

Leetch ('94)-Beukeboom ('94)
Park ('72)-Zubov ('94)
Ching Johnson ('33)- Kevin Lowe ('94)

Richter ('94)
Giacomin ('72)

I'm interested to see what you guys and gals come up with :)

This is a great idea. Like your team but I figured you can't do this without having Harry Howell and Doug Harvey on the team. So I went with 1961-1962, the 1971-1972 team and the 1992-1993 teams. This is what I've got:

A. Bathgate ('62) - M. Messier ('93) - A. Graves ('93)
R. Gilbert ('72) - J. Ratelle ('72) - V. Hadfield ('72)
T. Amonte ('93) - C. Henry ('62) - E. Tikkanen ('93)
M. Gartner ('93) - W. Tkaczuk ('72) - D. Prentice ('62)

Park ('72) - H. Howell ('62)
Leetch ('93) - Beukeboom ('93)
Zubov ('93) - Harvey ('62)

Richter ('93)
Eddie ('72)

the team has to start with Barry Beck he could pair with Brian Leetch. I also think there should be a spot for Ronnie Greschner whose game was solid (albeit often injured)

so on D

Leetch - Beck
Park - H. Howell
Greschner - Harvey
Dave Maloney dresses as the 7th

up front
Gilbert
Ratelle
Graves
Hatfield
Bill Cook
Messier
Bathgate
Vickers
Tkaczuk
Camile Henry
and
Troy Mallette

team captain is Bubba, A's are Bill Cook and Mess

In nets I would go with
Richter and Eddie with an honorable mention to Henrik

I agree with everything except Ching Johnson. What a lousy pick.

You have to pick teams from different seasons and make the best team out of those three. Nobodies going to pick the 05-06 team to do this with.
