Backwards Stop

How do I stop when going backwards?Do I dig in with my toes or use my inside edges or are there other ways? What's the technique of it?

Inside edges, easiest thing todo is glide on one foot, push the other foot back to push against the ice to stop. After enough experience, you should be able todo it with both feet.

Yeah man, Keep your legs spread, shoulder width apart or more, then use the inside edge of both skates and dig in. If done correctly you will "scrape" a bit of ice.

Bend your knees to, that helps a lot.
