Leslie said expect big roster changes.

I'd like to see all of our "roster battle" players in a game together this season, might make the Valentenko v McDonagh, Gilroy v Sauer fights a bit more clear.

MacTruck 09-25-2010 09:55 PM

certainly is going to be interesting. So far I'e been impressed by Tim Kennedy and Ruslan Fedotenko. Avery found his balls tonight

New York RKY 09-25-2010 10:03 PM

REALLY interested to see the rosters for this one.

It should be another good game.

LGR!!!!

Kane One 09-25-2010 10:08 PM

I'm probably not going to be able to watch this one, but LGR!!

Groot 09-25-2010 10:12 PM

Lgr!!!

FOXHOUND* 09-25-2010 10:14 PM

The roster battle has made this preaseason one of the most exciting. I don't envy the rangers brass in that regard.

NYRFAN218 09-25-2010 10:18 PM

Right back at it, love it. LGR!

FultonReed 09-25-2010 10:22 PM

raaaaaaahhh more hockey!! =D LGR!

Ih8theislanders 09-25-2010 10:23 PM

LGR!

I'm assuming Biron will be starting.

Wraparounds 09-25-2010 10:44 PM

I will forego watching the second set of NFL games to watch this. So excited to see these roster battles play out.

Beacon 09-26-2010 12:25 AM

I'd like to see 85 start. Also, I hope Step centers Gabby and 'fro to see if he can handle it.

silverfish 09-26-2010 01:02 AM

Frolov - Stepan - Gaborik
Dubinsky - White - Fedetenko
Kennedy - Anisimov - Prust
Boogaard - Boyle - Weise

That's what I want tomorrow.

No Avery?

Grew up on both of these teams, and as a hockey fan, Red Wings hold a special place in my heart. Never miss a chance to catch RW's when they're in NY. Should be a great game.

LGR!

Live in Detroit: For today's game, appears from lineup that some center will move to wing

Derek Stepan will be between Marian Gaborik and Alex Frolov tonight here at The Joe. Tortorella says Erik Christensen will see time there 2

Rest of lines: Dubinsky-Christensen-Zuccarello; Avery-White-Grachev; Boyle-Anisimov-Prust---yes, Boyle on LW

Dunno if MDZ is playing tonight but i just hope he plays some better D after that horrible effort last night.

ColonialsHockey10 09-26-2010 02:18 PM

Those defense pairs are going to have serious competition amongst themselves. They aren't even going to want to pass to each other.

shoothepuck 09-26-2010 02:27 PM

Should be interesting to see who can set themselves apart from the rest and make the team. Fedetenko locked himself into a job last night .

Ehh I wouldnt go that far yet...I would like to see players stand out in a few games, not just 1...If that was the case we'd have lots of "stars" playing for us, but thats not the truth. More games, show us what you can do Feds.

He doesn't even have a contract yet. He's far from locked into anything.
