Can anyone defend this?

Are Ken Corbett and Bob Nicholson Fascists?

This is a recent Hockey Canada Document (Sept 14), with both Ken and Bob's name on it.

I believe the word is businessmen. They are trying to keep what's theirs and making it as painful as possible to leave and see if the grass is greener elsewhere.

Do you think a business could defend themselves in court using similar tactics?

Sounds a lot like when the WHA set up shop in 1972. That document looks like it could have been written by the NHL back then.

I'm waiting for people to start revolting against USA Hockey for the ADM.

USA Hockey discriminates against people who want to coach that are Canadian citizens, again just protecting their turf.

A court would laugh at such allegations. No one forces players against their will to play for HC or any other league. And, this isn't news, this controversy has been going on for years.

I generally think that being open and competing in a fair way for customers is the best way for a business to go, this underhanded stuff comes back to bite you in the a$$. If you have the best product, customers will come, if you don't, they'll leave, regardless of any authoritarian BS you try to pull. Shame on Hockey Canada.
