Quote:

Brandon Dubinsky - Artem Anisimov - Ryan Callahan
Alex Frolov - Erik Christensen - Brandon Prust
Sean Avery - Derek Stepan - Ruslan Fedotenko
Derek Boogaard - Todd White - Brian Boyle

Marc Staal - Michal Rozsival
Michael Del Zotto - Dan Girardi
Mike Sauer - Steve Eminger/Matt Gilroy

Eminger or Gilroy to be scratched.

nyrleetch 10-20-2010 12:30 PM

Sauer in good!

SupersonicMonkey* 10-20-2010 12:31 PM

Good to have Sauer back in.

N9Y4R 10-20-2010 12:33 PM

Down-right ugly!

Back From Cally 10-20-2010 12:35 PM

Thank god Sauers back in....Eminger better be scratched Id take Gilroy over him 11 times out of 10

Rabid Ranger 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

Well, seeing it in print just reinforces how little talent the Rangers have up front with all of the injuries.

Crease 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

Anytime Prust is on your second line, you got problems.

offdacrossbar 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

torts = dufus. nice work clownboy.

boyle on line 4 where hell get 5 minutes. yeah, hes only been one of our best forwards.

prust on line 2 with his lobster claws for hands playing with 2 skilled guys.

swap those 2 torts. way to reward boyle for his excellent play since day 1 of camp.

i know, i know.... the lines will be all mixed up after the first 5 minutes but still, it more torts cluelessness.

is it just me or is that one baaaaadddddd looking lineup

Trxjw 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

Glad to have Mike back in the lineup. Rest of the team is about as much as you could expect.

haohmaru 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

I think Eminger will sit. He can't play the left side - not that Gilroy is exceptional at it, but he is the better option on the left.

t3hg00se 10-20-2010 12:39 PM

So bad lol

Also, swap Boyle and Prust.

Agreed. He has no business being up there.

Ew. No reason Prust should be on the second line when you have other more talented players in Hartford, like MZA, Kennedy and Grachev.

Khris Creider 10-20-2010 12:50 PM

i agree, definitely swap boyle with prust..boyle at least drives to the net

bmw2004 10-20-2010 12:51 PM

A bunch of third liners. That's a joke.

BKRangerFan 10-20-2010 12:51 PM

i can only imagine the frustration of frolov...

i think prust is out there on the 2nd to make sure hes on the ice long enough to serve as a deterent for players taking liberties with our "top" players. i wouldnt be surprised if he has been given the green light to do some damage and cause some pain

Boyle doesn't belong on the second line either. They have to split up that third line and move Fedetenko up, or call someone up from Hartford...preferably MZA.

terrrrrible 10-20-2010 12:55 PM

:help::help::help:

either swap boyle and prust, or swap fedotenko and prust, and then prust and boyle.

hpNYR 10-20-2010 12:58 PM

I just threw up.

UAGoalieGuy 10-20-2010 12:59 PM

So it breaks down:

Brandon Dubinsky (2nd liner) - Artem Anisimov (2nd liner) - Ryan Callahan (Should be a 3rd liner)
Alex Frolov (Borderline 1st liner) - Erik Christensen (Waiver material) - Brandon Prust (4th liner)
Sean Avery (3rd Liner) - Derek Stepan (Future 1st/2nd liner) - Ruslan Fedotenko (3rd liner)
Derek Boogaard (4th liner) - Todd White (AHL player) - Brian Boyle (One of Rangers best forwards so far and is on 4th line :help:)

Miller Time NYR 10-20-2010 01:01 PM

I really don't know what to say about those lines, this lineup is absolutly horrific
Team needs :help:

Yep. It's like Groundhog Day every year with this team. Not enough top-end talent.

NikC 10-20-2010 01:05 PM

wow that was painful to look at.

I mean when everyone is healthy, it won't be that bad:

Frolov - Prospal - Gaborik
Dubinsky - Anisimov - Callahan
Avery - Stepan - Fedetenko
Boogard - Boyle - Prust

But until then, :help:

ThisYearsModel 10-20-2010 01:05 PM

Any lineup with Boogaard in it makes the club weaker than it needs to be. He is useless.
