Any UFAs this year?

Are there any players playing in Finland that are going to get interest from NHL teams this year?

First one that came to my mind was Juha Leimu, offensively talented defenceman, who was best scorer of Tappara before his injury. He've played before in lower leagues, and probably havent been spotted by any team before this season. He may have good chances to try it atleast in AHL next year, if he just values his career more than money (AHL->NHL or KHL), as he probably would get quite impressive amount of money from russians. http://www.eliteprospects.com/player...=21207&lang=en

Ofc that requires him to continue where he stopped when injured.

Lennart Petrell.

Great season going on and he's been amazing! Gives lot of hits, score and he's really fast.

Petrell also will play on finnish national team next weekend.

As I follow Jokerit a lot, I think Janne Lahti and Petteri Nokelainen are the most interesting guys for NHL teams.

From guys playing in Russia, I'd say Juhamatti Aaltonen and possibly Petri Kontiola might get some attention.

Iiro Tarkki was in the rumours last summer but didn't get contract. This year he has 93%, 1,76 GAA and 5 shutouts.

Lehtonen made a contract to the KHL and Immonen is a free agent from Kazan..

Yes, Lehtonen is a new Severstal Cherepovets player. Immonen should try North America, he's awesome
