QUOTES TO NOTE:

It seems like we aren't able to capitalize on mistakes. And it has been the difference lately.
- Vinny Prospal

We have to be just a little sharper in all parts of the game, starting with me.
We are still in a position to control our situation.
- Henrik Lundqvist

We hit posts, knobs of sticks, hopefully some of those will go in and we will gain some confidence as far as finishing.
- John Tortorella

Heads Up: The GDT is a work in progress.

Loffen 03-02-2011 09:06 PM

Uh, LGR?

Abooch68 03-02-2011 09:07 PM

A loss against the Wild will really make things difficult for them to make the playoffs..

NYGRYK21 03-02-2011 09:09 PM

We need to win this game AND the Ottawa game to get a quick 4 points.

TrollololBoyle 03-02-2011 09:10 PM

The Isles beat them today... The Rangers better ****ing win.

NYRFAN218 03-02-2011 09:15 PM

Win please. LGR.

JeffMangum 03-02-2011 09:20 PM

Brent Burns. <3

Fitzy 03-02-2011 09:22 PM

Enough excuses
Enough tough breaks
Enough one goal losses

Time to start collecting us some points.

Killem Dafoe 03-02-2011 09:28 PM

so the wild are playing back to back games? and the Piles beat em? so there is no reason we shouldn't win tomorrow. lgr..

johnnydollaz89* 03-02-2011 09:43 PM

after watching what the Islanders and Al Montoya did against them today i hope we come out and do the same, especially cuz i will be at the game or i will be yelling BRING BACK MONTOYA!!!

Zuuuuc 03-02-2011 09:49 PM

For the love of God 2 Points please. Enough 1 goal games, enough unlucky bounces, enough going down 2-0, enough giving up the lead shortly after we get it, enough making every goalie look like Patrick Roy circa 1993 and for the love of God enough losing games

LeftCoastRangersFan 03-02-2011 10:06 PM

Rangers do what they do best. Whether the final score is 1 - 0, or 3 - 2, or 10 - 9, we lose by one goal.

Book it.

NYRSchrute217 03-02-2011 10:46 PM

I was at tonight's Isles-Wild game. Minnesota looked absolutely awful until the 3rd where they finally started skating. Theodore came in for a shaky Backstrom and wasn't tested much.

Theodore was supposed to play against us...wonder if that'll change. Regardless we have to win this game. Let's get some points here..

BKBlackRanger 03-02-2011 10:47 PM

They will win this. I have faith.

NYR Viper 03-02-2011 11:01 PM

Will Clutterbuck play? That was a vicious hit by Gillies. The puck was no where near him. That guy deserves to be suspended for about 40 games.

silverfish 03-02-2011 11:03 PM

Any less than 3 out of 4 points from the next two games is inexcusable.

Doesn't help that Sabres play in Carolina tomorrow and you KNOW that game is going to OT.

Right now the Rangers shouldn't be looking ahead or behind them in the standings, but right in the ****ing mirror.

LETS GO RANGERS

Mint Berry Crunch 03-02-2011 11:05 PM

**** all, just win.

trilobyte 03-02-2011 11:05 PM

Gillies, what a piece he is. One of the guys the Isles should dump.

Lately, I've been negative about the Rangers. I've always been a rah-rah, never too late to pull out the win kind of guy, but it's wearing me down.

I'm throwing a possibly lethal dose of negative-thought-blockers at my brain, in an extreme attempt at positivity.
The rest is up to you NYR.

Screw You Rick Nash 03-02-2011 11:24 PM

The Rangers better ****ing win and only by 2 goals. I don't want a whole 6 goal rampage and lose the next two games like the last time.

LotsOfHags 03-02-2011 11:26 PM

Knowing the Rangers...

Either a 1 goal loss or a massive blowout.
Wolski nets 2 in this one.

Wraparounds 03-02-2011 11:36 PM

I won't get to watch this one (I'll be on a bus home).

MaximusT 03-02-2011 11:36 PM

whatre the chances that gabby and/or staal return? Gabby claimed he was symptom free, so lets hope hes back.
Honestly, the pack line is a good second line. People have been trashing them lately, especially AA, but theyre always up against teams' best D, thats why we desperately need gabby back.

RyanBozak 03-02-2011 11:56 PM

Will be watching this one.

Don't really have anything else to say. Getting to the point where it's all repetitive.

darko 03-03-2011 12:07 AM

Please win.

LGR

nyrleetch 03-03-2011 12:08 AM

Rangers win. After being inspired by a big pregame speech by captain Chris Drury they go out and win 6-0 with what will be known as the turning point in our stanley cup run!

Also Happy Birthday Brian Leetch!
