MARCH SCHEDULE:

QUOTES TO NOTE:

Obviously with McDonagh being a teammate and a close friend, we’re looking for the league to take actions.
We definitely think there should be something.
- Derek Stepan

All season, I won’t say it’s a problem, but we have won two and lost two over and over.
We were always over .500 but we never got a long streak going. I don’t know the reason for it, me or the team.
- Henrik Lundqvist

We have been a resilient group all year long. We have found ways to win hockey games, like yesterday.
- John Tortorella

Heads Up: The GDT is a work in progress.

BlueshirtBlitz 03-21-2011 08:39 PM

No reason to lose this one unless Vokoun ascends into godhood.

Lets make this 7 of our last 8 and a 5 game streak.

Loffen 03-21-2011 08:41 PM

Keep on rolling. 2 points. Win. Do it. #boom

TrollololBoyle 03-21-2011 08:42 PM

Have we had a five game winnin streak yet this season? If not, we better win this one.

Should be easy, LGR!

Hobgoblin Steve 03-21-2011 08:42 PM

will be there sec 68 LGR

NYRFAN218 03-21-2011 08:42 PM

No excuses to lose either of the next two. 4 points, no ifs, ands, or buts.

LGR!

Need to get that tiger blood flowing.

Groot 03-21-2011 08:46 PM

Win baby win

JeffMangum 03-21-2011 08:47 PM

This has disappointment written all over it.

darko 03-21-2011 08:53 PM

2 points please. Need max points against Panthers and Sens.

LGR

silverfish 03-21-2011 09:06 PM

Nothing short of two here, can't take the Panthers lightly though.

Full 60 minute effort needed to grab 2 here, no excuses.

LETS GO RANGERS

ruckus* 03-21-2011 09:06 PM

Regardless of losing 2 of 3 to them this season (the last one at the Garden being the game we DESTROYED THEM and still found a way to lose), this is a must get.

Panthers have lost 7 of 9. We are at home and fighting for a spot.

Losses like this turn everyone back into non-believers.

Carlos Ranger 03-21-2011 09:13 PM

Wow does that Florida team look terrible.

That means we'll lose 3-0.

fiedy88 03-21-2011 09:22 PM

I'll be there in Sec. 315 with my white customized jersey, which is 4-0 this year. :) Was wearing it for the Philly 7-0 win, Islanders 6-2, Habs 6-3, and yesterday.

New York RKY 03-21-2011 09:23 PM

We need this game. Need them to have that same intensity they have had the last 4 games.

As important as this game is, the one on Thursday is 1000x more important. #winning

Why? They are both bad teams and we need to beat both of them. I dont see how Sens game is 1000x more important than Panthers.

Yeah I was just wondering the same thing, maybe he meant the game on Saturday. At this point, every game is extremely important.

Wraparounds 03-21-2011 09:33 PM

Also, we're 1-2 against Florida this year. Unacceptable.

Ih8theislanders 03-21-2011 09:39 PM

Have a bad feeling about these next two games, hoping for the best though. LGR

HatTrick Swayze 03-21-2011 09:42 PM

If we dominate this one I'll be a believer.

In other words, preparing for a bit of a letdown - but LGR!

ecemleafs 03-21-2011 09:52 PM

ill be ragin if we dont win

ecemleafs 03-21-2011 09:53 PM

lol their top pair really cant be garrison and weaver....can it?

ecemleafs 03-21-2011 09:56 PM

Dubi's really gotten good at faceoffs. I wonder what his split stats by month are in that category.

MaximusT 03-21-2011 10:09 PM

Ocho Cinco should start in net either tomorrow or thursday to give Hank some rest. Certainly wouldn't be surprised to see him play tomorrow.

WeWillWinTonight 03-21-2011 10:15 PM

Rissmiller with a hatty.

We better win tues and thurs.
