I voted 100% last time but i'm moving it down to 75%. I have doubts...

Statistically our odds are closer to 75%, but based on recent performance i'll go with 50%

I have no confidence in our team right now.

However, I still put as at 50/50.

I'm going to say 75 because if they don't ill probably put my fist through my TV.

Would have been 100, but im giving them 75. It's not that I have doubts, I believe in this team, it's just that we aren't as hungry anymore. BUT TRUST ME, WE WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS, THE RANGERS WILL SACRIFICE THEMSELVES FOR THIS TEAM, each individual will put their best effort forward, for one simple reason, cause Torts will rip they're bodys in half if they dont.:laugh:

Its also more comforting knowing if we go 2-2 the Canes can't lose more than once. I have faith we can win 2 of these remaining games.

Rangers have an uncanny ability to blow these kinds of things.

Three points is a lot with just five games to play. The odds are better than 75% for the Rangers, though not 100%. Let's not panic and claim we are no better than 50-50 when a pair of wins or a pair of Carolina losses gets us in.

It's not as if Carolina is a stud team. They will probably go 3-2 or 2-3.

Also let's keep in mind that we are tied with Buffalo and within 2 points of Montreal. If the Canes perform well, we can still make it by taking out one of those two teams, especially since the Canes play Buffalo tomorrow.

Either way, one of these teams will lose points. If the Canes beat Buffalo, the Rangers are tied with them on points and games played, but are ahead on wins - while still being ahead of the Canes.

I'll be rooting for the Debbies (against the Habs) and the Isles (against the Canes) today. Weird, weird day.

Holding a playoff position all year long only to choke at the end would be a humiliating end to what I thought was a mostly upbeat season. 25% and I'll hope that my pessimism is way off.

We all know the isles aren't beating the canes.. their gonna lose to spite us..

I think we make the playoffs with a 75% certainty more out of that I don't think the Canes will catch up to us, than any confidence how this team plays hockey right now, which is sorely disappointing. Too young, not enough talent, out of gas.

If we make the playoffs, which we should, I put a 85% certainty we lose in the first round.

I'll wait til 3pm tomorrow to answer this.

The keys are a big four game set from ALL of the following:

Hank
Staal
Gabby
Dubi
Cally

As Woody Harrelson said in Zombiland "Time to Nut up or Shut up!!!"

Everybody else has to play extremely strong as well, but these five players are THE key.

I'm going to watch them very closely and grade them all.

These four games may determine a lot about the near term future of the team, IMO. Who stays or goes, etc.

My heart says I believe but my head is still at 50/50.

They've come too far to miss it and it would be 10+ really hard weeks until the draft.

Prediction; I'm going to say it comes down to the last game where they beat the Devils 2-1 to get in.

"In all honesty" if they lose tomorrow their chances go down a lot.

we only have 84 points? interesting. guess they took away points for that abysmal performance against the Isles. lol

anyway, I'm somewhere between 50% and 75%. I'd go 64% if that were an option. ;)
