Reto Von Arx

I was just curious to know if Von Arx is still with the Blackhawks. I had rookie cards of him from forever ago and was curious to know if ever played in the AHL at least. Haven't heard anything about him in a year or two. Thanks.

He's playing in the Swiss leagues I think. A wasted draft pick. I don't know if the Hawks still own his rights but he'll never play for them or the AHL team.

He's still Blackhawk property, but he's played with HC Davos in Switzerland the last 3 seasons, where he scored 51 points in 47 games this past season. He's a small, offensive center/winger that put up good numbers in his lone AHL season, but -- besides one 2-goal game -- did little in the NHL. He's unlikely to ever come back to North America, I think.

Reto

When Reto played for the Hawks he was physically beaten by the Pro game, he has scoring potential, however he was not able to handle the rough side of the NHL.

I also think he will never be back in the NHL.

One of his 2 NHL goals was a dump in shot from the blueline that the goalie mishandled. It was a pretty weak goal.

Hi,

Actually Von Arx is in Switzerland (My Country :p ) He still playing with Davos for one or more season and I think he will never play again in NHL or AHL. Bad for him but certainly better for all Hawks fan's :D

You have to protect someone, who else was more worthy?
Besides to grab a guy at the draft you have to expose someone else, who better than an overseas 'suspect'
