Gooooo Sharks!

Rickety Cricket 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

Excellent.

Felys 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

i think Kesler needs a day off for some intent to injure :)

gonegonegone* 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

okay our 3rd period is ****ing bad. AVERAGE 3 GA PER GAME in the third. THATS ****ING HORRIBLE.

ChompChomp 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

SHARKS WIN!!!! No thanks to McGinn, but damn the Sharks looked good for two periods!

Fistfullofbeer 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

Definitely think Kesler should get a suspension. He keeps getting away with his crap. Again .. and again ... and again.

Tkachuk4MVP 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

But but but, I thought Kesler had matured since last season? VS and CBC told me so!!!

magic school bus 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

i won the SNOG!!

Plowevelski 05-20-2011 10:47 PM

Glad we finally won a WCF game... FIRST AT HOME :yo:

Kesler is a diving dirtbag clown troll. The refs :deadhorse ridiculous call on that major. Almost cost us. Either way a win is a win. Sunday is a must win too.

Time to get wasted :yo:

Kitten Mittons 05-20-2011 10:48 PM

People need to stop ragging on McGinn. Both LA and this one are 2 minute charges at most. Refs called it based on impact. He played a great game. I would keep him in

sjshark91 05-20-2011 10:48 PM

NHL network saying it's not a penalty on McGinn. Sorry let me clarify, It should not have been a penalty.

Same here. I really hope Todd doesn't overreact to that and pull him like he did after the first "major".

lsx 05-20-2011 10:48 PM

Did you see what Thornton and Sedin mouthed?

Thornton said, "Ok - we'll go"

Fight next game?

Sedin gets rocked?

He fakes dropping the gloves and gets a PP right off the faceoff?

jeg2315 05-20-2011 10:49 PM

What about Ferriero instead of McGinn/Eager?

It's obvious the bigger "enforcer" type guys are just getting us in trouble so far.

Fistfullofbeer 05-20-2011 10:49 PM

Even the crew on VS dont think that the McGinn hit was that bad. I mean sure Rome got hurt .. the only major there was the BS call.

ChompChomp 05-20-2011 10:49 PM

The seven year wait is over for a home WCF win, now let's home the next WCF home win is Sunday and not seven years from now...

MadmanSJ 05-20-2011 10:49 PM

I wanna see McCarthy get some game time.. our 4th line saw a renaissance this game.

McGinn + McCarthy

StreetSharks 05-20-2011 10:50 PM

It pisses me off to no end the whining from the "other" fan base about reffing and dirty "hits"... then they got goons like Kesler throwing elbows and slashing like a mad man.

slocal 05-20-2011 10:50 PM

Amazing work by our 4th line while it was still intact.

Thx Nighthock!!!!!! :D

Sharksfan83 05-20-2011 10:50 PM

Ginners hit was fine, maybe a 2 minute but not a Major. About time someone threw their body around. If Ginners gets suspended, then Keslers two hand slash needs a review also.

yea, it was a crappy play, but no way is it suspension worthy.

McGinn is the most suspendable player. its the second major/misconduct in the playoffs for him. even if they were questionable call, he did it.

sjshark91 05-20-2011 10:50 PM

Leave the lines alone. Just tell them to try and keep their composure.

Fistfullofbeer 05-20-2011 10:51 PM

Anyway the penalty on McGinn can be reviewed and thrown out?

Every analyst it seems who has had a chance to look at it thought it was a 2 minute penalty at most. So ridiculous. I'm not even mad at J-Mac.. anyone with hockey sense saw him getting ready to make Rome pay in a legal way and he hit his shoulder and his face hit the glass. Violent part of the game. Don't want to see anyone hurt but wow :shakehead
