1.75 per or 3.5 per??

Nvm you fixed it.

And seems like a pretty good signing for the stars due to what other Free Agents are getting

Fire Julien 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

Great signing by the Stars, he'll be missed on the Bruins.

It's 3.5 per

MomoSissokko 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

McKenzie says 3,5 per year

klikkar 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

3.5 per

wiredmaverick 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

1.75 per would be a fantastic deal. Dude's got a helluva shot.

Edit: Nevermind. 3.5 makes way more sense. A little high for a 20g guy, but he was great in the playoffs this year.

WithOutPaperss 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

Gunna miss Ryder. Great player when he wants to be, you'll love him if you make the playoffs.

Modo 07-01-2011 02:47 PM

I think it's $3.5 per, lol.

Either way, I'm fine with this.

4 players added in less than 4 hours, looks like Joe means business!

Yzlamic Extremist 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

3.5

Good deal for both sides. Ryder is a great goal scorer, that price sounds just about right for him.

luongo321 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

Good. Bruins lose a pretty good player.

unifiedtheory 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

With how today is going that is actually a decent deal.

Raym11 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

3,5 per isnt bad when you look at the other signings today

ATG 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

That's quite a bit of dough for Ryder.

Rivet52 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

Good signing by the Stars. They needed a winger. Ryder's a veteran who can score some goals and he brings playoff experience. He now has a Stanley Cup ring so he'll be a valuable player to have in Dallas if they can get into the playoffs.

Hab-a-maniac 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

Good signing (but 4.5 for Cole is crazy!? Lol at the hatahs!). Dallas gets a complimentary winger who can easily chip in 25+ goals and finally Ryder is making what he should. That 4.5 million the Bruins gave him was just a bit much (yes, it was too much in the case of Ryder! lol).

Hull Fan 07-01-2011 02:48 PM

That's a great deal because of 2 years. Lots of options now. Well done Joe.

Agreed. Discount even.

HatchtrickBateman 07-01-2011 02:49 PM

Nice!

AlexanderTheGood 07-01-2011 02:49 PM

1.75 or 3.5... doesn't matter. This is the signing of the day. He's making less than he did last year, a year that he played extremely well in the playoffs (well, very well, anyways) on a team that won the Stanley Cup. He's going to a non-traditional hockey market at a reasonable price. I just can't believe the Bruins didn't sign him to similar terms... :shakehead I'm wondering if they have something bigger in the works...

gotmonte 07-01-2011 02:50 PM

good deal for the stars.
I do have to admit my stomach dropped when I seen DALLAS SIGNS...

Whoa! Close call there! LOL

I like this deal.

Dominic Roussel 07-01-2011 02:51 PM

I was actually hoping to get Ryder today due to the fact we could use a right shot RW in the Top 6. I wonder if he'll end up being on a line with Ribeiro and Morrow so Eriksson and Benn can try to develop some chemistry.

Either way, I'm happy about this and the Fiddler signing.
