Sens Board Prospect Rankings (4th)

Thought I'd step in for this one. :D

Robin Lehner won #3. Stephane Da Costa, Mark Borowiecki, and Shane Prince have been added to this poll. Please mention another add in candidate.

Rankings:
1. David Rundblad (61.50%)
2. Jared Cowen (56.16%)
3. Robin Lehner (71.52%)

Zibanejad gets my vote, with Andre Petersson as an add in.

God, don't you just hate it when the thread becomes available before you're done making the poll?

You post the poll after the thread pops up...It always takes a minute.

This will be my 3rd time voting for Dragon Ball Z and he better win.

Nickname win?

ReginKarlssonLehner 07-04-2011 04:57 PM

Going to go with the guy who has the highest potential of them all.

Filatov.

kyle747 07-04-2011 04:59 PM

Had a real hard time picking here. For me, it was between Filitov, Silfverberg, Butler and Zibanejad. I chose Silferberg.

sens2k9 07-04-2011 05:03 PM

Filatov, add hoffman

Euclid 07-04-2011 05:05 PM

Surprised Silvferberg's not leading this one.

Lethal shot, defensively responsible, physically mature, and already with a couple years development. He'd be in the NHL if he didn't want to return to the SEL.

Dick Whitman 07-04-2011 05:48 PM

Voting for Zibanejad once again... Should have been our #1 or #2 prospect but whatever.

*edit*

Also, I don't consider Butler a prospect. He's a full-time NHL player now.

Emerica 07-04-2011 05:51 PM

Nikita.

I was thinking Filthy McTovie. :sarcasm:

I'd eat that. :naughty:

EDIT: As in a McDonald burger. Not eating said person himself... Just to make things clear.

Filatov - he has the highest ceiling of all our forwards. Whether he reaches it is another question.

CanadianHockey 07-04-2011 06:29 PM

Filatov has more potential than anybody else, he should be #4.

TheOriginalSilf* 07-04-2011 06:30 PM

Filatov's got the higher potential, but I went with the more complete and safer package in Zibanejad.

DJB 07-04-2011 06:53 PM

This one is easy, we go with our best forward prospect.

Jakob Silfverberg...

Madskillz65 07-04-2011 07:05 PM

Ol' Filly

hockeyalltheway 07-04-2011 07:09 PM

I voted Niki Filly "Tovie".

MoreGore 07-04-2011 07:09 PM

Filatov has the highest cieling perhaps, but the bust-o-meter is very high. I rate on 3 things, cieling, how close they are to the NHL and my take on the bust-o-meter.

Butler is still a prospect according to HF, so that is why he is on the list.

Add Greening

Milan the God* 07-04-2011 07:10 PM

Filatov has great potential, but he does have some question marks that can't be ignored. I picked Zibanejad because I think he can change the temp of the game, either with a good scoring chance or a big hit. I think he'll be a Mike Fisher type with better hands.

LeTigre 07-04-2011 07:17 PM

Filatov AINEC.

I basically isolated him and observed his game exclusively from ice level during every Russia WJC 2009 game at the Civic Centre. Suffice to say, if he's gotten more physically mature since then, it's my belief that he's gonna explode soon, because nobody could touch that kid's game with a ten foot pole. He was Pavel Bure out there, straight up.

I've voted him on all three previous polls too, by the way. I truly believe that based on my own observations, and given that he was ranked slightly behind Stamkos in his draft year, Ottawa has a superstar in waiting here.

I could very well be drinking from some variation of the Cheechoo-flavoured kool-aid, but again, I've seen the kid play, and dominate, so I'm going off that for the most part.

Cujomi 07-04-2011 07:18 PM

I've been voting Tovie since the start. Still think he's the best prospect we've got.

SensAreReligion 07-04-2011 07:21 PM

voted filatov but i like zibby also
