MSG to televise Traverse City Tournament

MSG Network announced today that it will telecast four New York Rangers games from the 2011 Traverse City NHL Prospects Tournament. The tournament takes place September 10-14 in Traverse City, Michigan and features prospects from eight NHL teams. Jeep will be the title sponsor of the four telecasts on MSG Network.

Below is the schedule for the telecasts:

Saturday, September 10 - NY Rangers vs. St. Louis (7:00 PM)
Sunday, September 11 - NY Rangers vs. Dallas (6:00 PM)
Tuesday, September 13 - NY Rangers vs. Carolina (3:30 PM)
Wednesday, September 14 - TBD (depending on standings)

I immediately went and made calendar appointments on my phone to remind me to record the games on the dates in question.... Surprisingly though, I thought the Traverse Tourny was like the very last week of August... I didn't realize it was so late....

I just clicked on it and got the error as well. Also, it looks like the story is no longer there. I had seen it originally while looking at information on Jason Wilson.

Can somebody send some Tweets to Jim Cerny to hopefully confirm what was originally reported on the site? If the dates of the games were reported, then I'd have to imagine there is some truth to this.
