well at least the roster are closer in talent than last night.

lol @ that defence. good grief... maybe, well now im pretty sure, martin wants to rest the 'injured' vets?

i predict another loss, 2 goal spread

AnAverageHF 09-26-2011 11:12 AM

******* thats an UGLY lineup.

Spacek on the first D pairing?

Habs 4 Life 09-26-2011 11:13 AM

Lots of rookies again for the Habs tonight, looks like Martin doesn't want to win a pre season game:sarcasm:

I hope Gallagher impress again, I'm really pulling for him. Can't wait for Bournival as well

Talk to me about Bournival, i know very little of him. What type of player is he ?

Bill McNeal 09-26-2011 11:15 AM

Wow. 5 regulars from last season (excluding Price). Can they even get away with that? I guess they meet the bare minimum requirements with Willsie, Blunden and Woywitka in the lineup.

Can't wait until Thursday when we may finally see some semblance of a real roster.

Gustave 09-26-2011 11:24 AM

Where's Masse? I want to see more of him.

ClasslessGuy 09-26-2011 11:25 AM

Woywitka and Spacek should play together

deandebean 09-26-2011 11:27 AM

Ouch. Hope people that are going at the Phone Booth tonight aren't paying the big bucks.

neofury* 09-26-2011 11:27 AM

I wouldn't have bothered to play any fragile players or star players against Boston at all. Would have used all bottom 6 forwards and lower pairing D to fill out the roster.

I say this knowing I'll be at the game tonight and how disappointing that would have been. Even so, should be fun to see the young guys.

Quiet, lest Martin hears you.

HH 09-26-2011 11:30 AM

I'm tired of these unknown. Ugh.

Can't wait until all those AHLers gtfo.

TheBuriedHab 09-26-2011 11:33 AM

They are giving Gallagher a crazy amount of time on the top lines and deservedly so. I think theres a huge chance he plays those 9 games with the club now.

WeThreeKings 09-26-2011 11:34 AM

Thank god I have a hockey game tonight. The less of this I can potentially see, the better. I can't handle more Willsie.

Less Willsie more Masse?

:sarcasm:

TheDamned 09-26-2011 11:37 AM

Who cares.
It's pre-season.
We want to see the youngsters, not the vets.
Not to mention risk of injuries (ask Cole last night if he liked that blind side hit).

Perfectly fine like that.

People complaining about the roster should realize this is our fourth game in the last four nights, 6th in the last 7, AND...

We have somewhere between 16 and 18 players in camp unavailable tonight due to injury or illness. Yes, that's right. SIXTEEN TO EIGHTEEN!

(the two questions being Josh McFadden and Olivier Dame-Malka, who I expect are injured or would have seen one preseason game at some point)

I have a tracker on my site.

Desharnais, D - Upper body, day-to-day.
Eller, L - Shoulder, not cleared for contact.
Markov, A - Knee, skating on own.
Moen, T - Lower body injury, out one week.
Pacioretty, M - Flu virus, day-to-day.
Subban, P.K. - Back, day-to-day.
White, R - Setback, will miss season opener.

Bishop, H - Injured during preseason, extent unknown.
Conboy, A - Unknown injury, not cleared for contact.
Dame-Malka, O - Unknown injury, day-to-day.
Delmas, P - Unknown injury, day-to-day.
Fortier, O - Unknown injury, extent unknown.
Leblanc, L - Shoulder, not cleared for contact.
McFadden, J - Unknown injury, day-to-day.
Nash, B - Shoulder surgery Sept 21, out indefinitely.
Nattinen, J - Unknown injury, day-to-day.
Schultz, I - Leg, day-to-day.
Winnett, B - Injured during scrimmage, day-to-day

NordicBruin91 09-26-2011 11:43 AM

Hopefully Markov is healthy for you guys this year...

Strange because R Lavoie said that both Eller and Leblanc were at practice this morning. And Conboy took a shot to the head by Cole and is expected back by the weeks end.

MasterDecoy 09-26-2011 11:43 AM

white - setback?

setback from what? what happened to him?
