Awesome GDT!! Just a FYI, I tweeted KV to see if the game is streaming tonight and they told me it wasn't. :( Man, this is one of the first FF I've missed. We had the room and tickets but my husband got sick at the last minute.

What?! A couple of days ago, they tweeted that they would stream it. :shakehead

Fishhead 10-01-2011 02:29 PM

I didn't think they could stream it because there is no video board there.

He's being punished! I knew the team was mad at him!

@troypozi No, there aren't any camera's or scoreboard cam, so it's not easy to do. Hopefully next year!

KopitarFAN 10-01-2011 02:34 PM

Good to see Penner is ok.

Reaper45 10-01-2011 02:48 PM

I think this is the first year we haven't dressed a heavy for Frozen Fury.

Telos 10-01-2011 02:58 PM

Looks like we have our actual starting lineup playing tonight, minus Doughty. Looking good. I expect a win. GO KINGS!

I also expect a Richardson hat trick.

There was nothing wrong with him in the first place. He was just scratched for King.

Supposedly some Kings spokesman said he was hurt.

I think he just mis-spoke, but some seemed to want to believe the Kings spokesman over TM. Glad to see TM was telling the truth and he just wanted to see King. I expect Penner to fit in well with Richards/Brown, since King seemed to. They're a lot alike.

yes, but it turns out TM decided to scratch him last second to get one last look at King.

Is there any other radio stream beside KTLK 1150 AM. I can’t get it over here in Europe? Or is there some trick to get it?

TopT 10-01-2011 03:37 PM

TM is really pushing Gagne on Kopi s line; could work better than with Penner; very skilled line

Perhaps. I really thought Murray was going to to the same on the opposite side and we were going to have Kopitar-Brown and Richards-Williams for most of the preseason. In the end, you just can never predict what Murray is going to do, for better or worse :P

Although, he could just be trying it out to get a glimpse of there is chemistry there. Prior to the season starting he said that he was going to swap Brown and Williams throughout the season and lock in Penner-Kopitar and Gagne-Richards. Who knows...

Quattro 10-01-2011 03:58 PM

I've never understood why they don't televise FF.

They've done it before, I don't know why either. There are always boxing and other events televised from the garden arena, it's completely set up for it.

The game is always packed and popular. I'm sure commercial revenue in LA and Denver would make up the money and then some.

Martyros 10-01-2011 04:51 PM

Last time they televised it was before the 2002-03 season I believe.
