Redden was very limited with Rachunek as his partner I felt. Rachunek likes to jump in the offensive zone a lot, letting a forward take his position. This can lead to Redden vs 2 guys..which he can handle, but it did lead to a lot of goals. I think Rachunek needs to be paired with someone who plays very defensive. Redden had to cover for him a lot.

That being said, with a lot of ice time who knows, this guy could turn out a top 2 d-man. But it wasn't going to happen in Ottawa...
