I used to think the same way you did. Until I saw him play last year. He's finally using his linemates and to me, has matured. So what if he develops slower than others? It took Todd Bertuzzi seven seasons to hit 80 points. Michael Ryder was in the ECHL not too long ago, and I don't think many of us saw him scoring 30 goals in his first three seasons in Montreal. These are just two examples out of many. I'm not saying he's going to lead our team in points. But if he plays like he did at the end of last season, he'll be a fixture in our top six.
