I'm not sure... It can take a while to do a draft like that... and there's a great risk for errors. Why not just decide a date and a hour and those who can't be there use the prerank option on Yahoo?
I know that it was a pain last year to find an approprate date for the majority to attend the draft. But I still think it's the best option.
