Does Perezhogin have more potentiel than Balej?

As the season goes on in Hamilton, Perezhogin is just making huge steps everytime he's on the ice. I know that its an unfair comparaison but Perezhogin does have a far better first year than Balej. The two players have a similar style: Nice moves, speed and shot. However there is one reason why Perezhogin seem to have a better future: Grit and Desire. On the game that ive watch he was always the most hardworking player on the ice, playing an "your face type of game". Perezhogin just never stops working till he's on the bench plus he has great skills, that is recepie for success.

I'm not saying that Balej doesnt work hard but he doesnt show that same grit that Perezhogin has. Who has the better potentiel?
