Philadelphia has serious issues with injuries this year. Also I wonder how Roenick Primeau Handzus Zhamnov etc fit into one team.
Pretty much agree with everything in your post, though I would like to add that Tampa's biggest weakness is depth. They have had unbelievable luck with injuries, making them look deeper than they really are. The playoffs will not be that kind to them. And to answer your speculation about the Flyers: Hitch has already addressed this. Zhamnov and Zeus's lines will remain unchanged since they have both been playing great, while Roenick moves to wing with Primeau and Kapanen to produce a dangerous checking line.
And to answer the topic of this thread. A hot goaltender can take a weak team all the way. The problem people are having with recognizing Montreal is that there are just so many great teams in the East this year, and people dont want to make a list with 7 contenders. People want to say its a race between four teams, so Boston, Montreal and Tampa are often overlooked when in reality they are all contenders and are about as dangerous as the other four.
