They are tied for *worst* in the league when you look at it that way.
Yes, they have high wins, but they also have high losses. Essentially, they rarely make it to overtime. What does it mean? Hard to say. It might mean a lack of clutch scoring late in a game, to tie things up and send it to overtime.
There are weird blips in that stat, though, as they have somehow lost all their games against Florida (a team that doesn't matter in the least).
Also, I assume you meant worst of the playoff teams, not the league. Combine that with the fact that Montreal is 16th in the LEAGUE in goals for per game, and 10th best in the LEAGUE for goals against per game. When you eliminate non-playoff teams from the list (Buffalo, NYR, Atlanta, etc), Montreal all of a sudden ranks quite closely with playoff teams.
