He needs PP, PK, and crucial game situaitons like up 1 with 4 minutes to go, down 1 with 4 minutes to go and overtime. These are situations he might not see for 2 years in Nashville.

i definitely agree, but i think they saw tootoo as dollar signs more than anything. they feared that a lot of people come to games only to see tootoo...and that he still has a lot of drawing power. i don't think they wanted to give that up.
